students at New Enterprise Academy experience the ultimate in real world
applications as they see the world up close through Educational Enrichment
Programs.

Celebrated Personalities, Distinguished Journalists, Scientists, Authors,
Collegiate Educators, Local Community Leaders, Professionals, Business Owners,
Grandparents, Parents, and Friends provide a broad
spectrum of educational enrichment programs that enlighten and inspire the NEA
learning process.
NEA’s Educational Enrichment Programs empower our
students with a real world view! The learning process comes “alive” as students
explore and discover through real world applications of the challenging,
college-preparatory curriculum.
NEA PARTNERSHIPS
QUILL KIDS
Quill Kids
and New Enterprise Academy entered a partnership agreement to provide an
Educational Enrichment Program for NEA students.
Quill Kids is a recreational program that guides budding authors ages 6
to 12, through a challenging yet rewarding experience of imaginative writing.
The goal of the partnership between
Quill Kids and NEA is to introduce excitement and understanding to the
writing process, in an informal group setting, using innovative techniques that
make putting words on paper naturally easy and fun. The
Quill Kids concept and success comes from director Iretta Bell,
elementary school literacy teacher and Fellow of the National Writing Project.
